The Fairy

Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Insiders Space LLC, doing business as Ragmind AI (“Ragmind”, “we”, “us”), about your use of Fairy Concierge (“Concierge”). You accept them when you reply YES to the sign-up text, or when you otherwise use Concierge. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information and is part of these terms.

1. What Concierge is

Concierge is an assistant you reach by text message, currently over iMessage. You ask it for things in plain language, and it answers questions, sets reminders, reads the accounts you connect, browses websites, fills in forms and, when you approve, books, buys or submits things for you. It runs on AI models, and it acts as your assistant, at your direction.

Concierge is an invite-only beta. Features may change, be limited, or be removed while we build it, and it may be unavailable at times.

2. Who can use it

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must live in the United States and use a United States phone number.
  • You need an invitation, either for your number or as an invite code.
  • The number you text from must be yours. You are responsible for anything done through your number and your account.

When you sign up by text, we create a Fairy account for you from the name and email you give, and link your number to it. Keep that email current: it is how you sign in on the web and recover your account.

3. Concierge acts on your behalf

When you ask Concierge to do something, you authorize it to do that thing for you, including visiting websites, signing in with logins you give it, and filling in forms in your name. You are responsible for your requests and for what you approve.

Approvals. Concierge is built to ask you by text before it buys something, books something, submits a form, sends something to someone else, or uses a saved login. It tells you what it is about to do, and acts after you reply to approve it. If you tell Concierge to always allow sign-ins to a particular site, it will use your saved login for that site without asking again until you take that back. Read each approval request before you say yes. Once Concierge has acted on an approval, it may not be possible to undo it.

These checks are a safeguard, not a guarantee. Concierge decides for itself which step of a task is the final one, and a website can make a final step look like an ordinary one, so it may occasionally act without asking. If that happens, tell us straight away.

Third-party sites and services. The websites Concierge visits and the businesses you buy from are not ours. Your dealings with them, including prices, deliveries, refunds and their own terms, are between you and them. Some sites do not allow automated access; you are responsible for using Concierge only where you are permitted to.

4. Payments

We are building payments through Stripe’s Link, so that Concierge can pay a merchant without typing card details anywhere. That is not live: today Concierge cannot charge a card or move money through it. When it launches, Concierge will pay only after you approve the specific merchant and amount, and Stripe’s own terms will also apply.

Concierge does not need that feature to spend your money in one case: on a website where you are signed in and have a saved payment method, completing a checkout you approve is a real purchase, charged to you by that merchant.

[TONY TO CONFIRM: refund and payment-dispute terms for purchases Concierge makes once Stripe Link is live, and whether we charge any fee on them]

5. Price and usage limits

[TONY TO CONFIRM: whether the beta is free of charge, and if not, what it costs] Each account includes a monthly allowance of AI model usage, currently worth $2 a month. When an account has used its allowance, Concierge tells you and stops answering until the next month starts. We may change the allowance, and we may limit messages or sign-ups to keep the service running.

6. Connected accounts and saved logins

You may connect accounts like Google or your Fairy account, link a bank through Plaid, and give Concierge logins for websites. You must have the right to share them. You can disconnect them at any time, as our Privacy Policy describes. Bank access through Plaid is read-only: Concierge can read balances, transactions and bills, and cannot move money from your bank.

7. Text messages

By replying YES at sign-up you agree to receive texts from Concierge, including replies to you, approval requests, reminders you set, and updates from jobs you ask it to run. Message frequency varies with how you use it. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Text UNLINK to unlink your number from your account; Concierge will stop texting it.

[TONY TO CONFIRM: whether Concierge must also honor STOP and HELP keywords on this channel, and the exact wording carriers or our messaging provider require here]

8. Concierge can make mistakes

Concierge uses AI models, which can misunderstand you, get facts wrong, misread a website, or take the wrong step. Check anything important before you rely on it, and read every approval request before you approve it. Concierge does not give professional advice: it is not a lawyer, doctor, financial adviser or tax preparer, and you should not use it as one. Do not use it in an emergency; call 911.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Concierge to:

  • break any law, or help someone else do so;
  • harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone;
  • access accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to use;
  • send spam or bulk messages, or scrape websites in breach of their terms;
  • buy anything illegal, or anything you are not allowed to buy;
  • interfere with Concierge, probe its security, or get around its limits or approvals;
  • share your access with anyone else, or resell it.

10. Your content

You keep the rights you have in what you send to Concierge and in what it produces for you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to run Concierge for you, as our Privacy Policy describes. We do not use your content to train AI models. [TONY TO CONFIRM: that no model provider we route through may train on Concierge traffic]

11. Pausing or ending your use

You can stop using Concierge at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing tony@ragmind.ai. Because this is a beta, we may pause sign-ups, pause or end the beta, or suspend or close an account, for example if these terms are broken or to protect you, other people or the service. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

12. Disclaimers

Concierge is a beta, provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

[TONY TO CONFIRM: final disclaimer wording, reviewed by counsel]

13. Limitation of liability

[TONY TO CONFIRM: limitation of liability: any cap on our liability, the exclusions of indirect and consequential damages, and how they treat purchases Concierge makes on your approval]

[TONY TO CONFIRM: whether users indemnify us, and on what terms]

14. Governing law and disputes

[TONY TO CONFIRM: governing law, venue, and whether disputes go to arbitration or court (including any class-action waiver and opt-out)]

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Concierge changes. We will change the date at the top, and for a material change we will tell you by text or email before it takes effect. If you keep using Concierge after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
